Why We Do It
Sadly, Texas holds the HIGHEST rate of CHILD hunger in the U.S. In many communities, the most basic needs may go unmet, and access to proper nutrition and the extras that comprise a well rounded quality education are often limited. Operation Advantage was founded by Carla Lacy in 2010 to directly affect this epidemic.
